Year of the Dragon is the 5th of zodiac year. The symbol of this year is dragon. There are the dragon year in buddhist era such as 2507 B.E., 2519 B.E., 2531 B.E., 2543 B.E. And, this year, 2555 B.E. Contrast with international calendar, starting and ending date of zodiac year are not definite. In addition, it differs from Thai’s and China’s calendar.
Nowadays, according to formal calendar, in lunar calendar, starting and ending date are differentiated from international calendar. Each year,especially, the period time of starting and ending between November – December will start on the 1th day of the first month of waxing moon (Aye) and end at the the 15th of the twelfth month of waning moon.
